OMG! I have a huge smile on my face!!!!! Blair! YOU DID SUCH A GOOD JOB!!!!! This was fascinating. I can’t believe there are so many types of oils. I went to an olive oil place in Italy, but it mostly had plain olive oils, none of the flavors that you mentioned! And those olives! Yum!!!! I’d love to see what an olive oil cake looks like, and even better, taste what it tastes like!
